Numat Agri – Terms and Conditions of Trade.
1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of products from Numat Pty. Ltd. (ABN: 75 159 280 565, ACN: 159 280 565) trading as NumatAGRI through our website https://numatagri.com.au/. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products
We sell agricultural rubber mats for a range of applications. All products are physical goods shipped to your address.
4. Pricing & GST
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be added at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
5. Payment
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit card, bank transfer, and EFTPOS.
When Payment is Taken: For online purchases, payment is charged at the time of order. For phone or email orders, payment is on invoice or by card as arranged.
All payments must be made in full before goods are dispatched unless alternative credit arrangements have been approved in writing.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Timeframes: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (if in stock) will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise, they will be dispatched the next business day. Delivery timeframes vary by location:
• East Coast (including SA, ACT): 5-7 business days
• WA & NT: 1-2 weeks
Delivery timeframes will be confirmed upon order.
Shipping Costs: Freight charges apply to all orders. Costs are determined at the time of order and displayed at checkout.
Rural Delivery: Same policy as standard delivery locations. Transit time confirmed on booking.
Couriers Used: We use multiple carriers including TNT, Land Transport, Mainfreight, and others depending on location and product size.
Tracking: Con-note numbers are provided for all orders. Please note that not all carriers offer full tracking capabilities.
7. Risk & Ownership
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of goods remains with us until payment is received in full.
Once delivered, you must inspect goods immediately and notify us within 7 days of any damage, defects, or missing items.
8. Warranties & Consumer Rights
Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Product Warranties: Some products come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty details (where applicable) are listed on our website for each product.
Warranty Exclusions:
Warranties do not cover: damage from misuse or improper installation; normal wear and tear; modifications made by the customer; damage from animals or livestock; failure to follow care instructions; or acts of God (lightning, earthquakes, floods, etc.).
9. Faulty or Defective Products
If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@numat.com.au or 1800 686 287. You must provide proof of payment and a photo of the defect.
We will assess the issue and, if the product is genuinely faulty, arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Return shipping for proven faulty goods is free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), our liability for any claim is limited to:
• In the case of goods, the replacement or repair of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, or payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods; or
• The purchase price paid for the relevant goods.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
11. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your information is used to process orders, communicate with you, and improve our services. We do not sell your information to third parties.
12. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we will work with you to resolve it fairly. If we cannot resolve the matter through negotiation, either party may refer the dispute to mediation before taking legal action.
13. General
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Australian law and the laws of Queensland. We may update these terms from time to time by posting changes on our website.
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of these terms will continue in full effect.
